5 Critical Timings (I learned these the hard way):
– First 2 hours = golden window for first message
– 24-hour wait before follow-up
– Tuesday-Thursday for business conversations
– 9am-11am or 2pm-4pm local time
– Max 2 messages per week (avoid being pushy)
7 Steps to Natural Sales:
1. First Contact (Day 1) “Loved your point about [specific detail]. Quick tip that might help: [valuable insight]”
2. Build Connection (Day 2-3) “Been following your journey with [their focus]. We faced similar challenges with [problem]. Here’s what worked for us: [brief solution]”
3. Ask Questions (Day 4-5) “That [result] you shared is impressive. Would love to know what sparked that approach?”
4. Share Proof (When They Engage) “We actually documented our process here [share link]. Thought you might find it useful.”
5. Soft Offer (Only If Interest Shown) “We’re helping other [their role] achieve similar results. Would you like to know more?”
6. Clear Next Step “Happy to share our exact framework. Want me to send it over?”
7. Follow Up (Only If Previously Engaged) “Hey [Name], just checking if you got a chance to review that framework?”
Handling Common Scenarios:
No Response?
Wait 3 days, then: “Hey [Name], just bumping this up in case you missed it. No pressure at all!”Price Question?
“We have options ranging from [X] to [Y], depending on your needs. Happy to break down what’s included in each.”
