But after hundreds of failed DMs, we’ve discovered something that changed everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 3-5-7 DM System:

3 Types of DMs That Actually Work:

The Value DM (for coaches\/consultants) “Your thread about client churn caught my eye. Quick tip: We reduced our churn by 34% by adding one email to our onboarding. Happy to share the template if helpful!”

The Connection DM (for course creators) “Just implemented your email tip from yesterday’s thread. Open rates jumped 12% in one day. Question: how often do you test new subject lines?”

The Question DM (for service providers) “Your design work for [company] is stunning. The homepage animation especially. Mind if I ask what inspired that specific transition?”

5 Critical Timings (I learned these the hard way):

– 24-hour wait before follow-up
– Tuesday-Thursday for business conversations
– 9am-11am or 2pm-4pm local time
– Max 2 messages per week (avoid being pushy)

7 Steps to Natural Sales:

1. First Contact (Day 1) “Loved your point about [specific detail]. Quick tip that might help: [valuable insight]”

2. Build Connection (Day 2-3) “Been following your journey with [their focus]. We faced similar challenges with [problem]. Here’s what worked for us: [brief solution]”

3. Ask Questions (Day 4-5) “That [result] you shared is impressive. Would love to know what sparked that approach?”

4. Share Proof (When They Engage) “We actually documented our process here [share link]. Thought you might find it useful.”

5. Soft Offer (Only If Interest Shown) “We’re helping other [their role] achieve similar results. Would you like to know more?”

6. Clear Next Step “Happy to share our exact framework. Want me to send it over?”

7. Follow Up (Only If Previously Engaged) “Hey [Name], just checking if you got a chance to review that framework?”
