    This will be the first thing you\u2019ll see on your Twitter Analytics Dashboard.<\/span><\/p>\n

    This will show your most popular tweet for the month, or week (depending on your chosen date range). You\u2019ll also see how much engagement it got. (More on engagement later)<\/span><\/p>\n

    Why this matters: This shows you what your audience like the most. If you see a pattern of the same content type each week, double down on that.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. New followers<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      They are people who are new to your tribe.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Why this matters: Interacting with new followers increases the likelihood of getting a response because you\u2019re still top of mind.<\/span><\/p>\n

      This also helps you create a great first impression because you care about new people who follow you.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Top Followers<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        This is the person who recently followed you with the most followers.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Why this matters: This can be an opportunity for collaboration if you have the same audience. This is also a way to track the influencers in your network.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Followers Gained\/Lost<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          This is the number of followers you gained\/lost in a specific date range.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Why this matters: You\u2019ll be monitoring this metric 95% of the time, together with your engagement. It will be one of your key metrics to look out for weekly & monthly.<\/span><\/p>\n

          1. Likes<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Basically the number of people who liked your tweets.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Why this matters: Likes may not be as important as retweets\/replies, but it shows you how your audience perceives your content. If they like it enough to leave a like, then that\u2019s a good sign.<\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Replies & Retweets<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              This is when someone replies or “shares” your content to their feed.<\/span><\/p>\n

              If someone replies\/retweets your content, make sure you interact with it so you can keep the engagement going.<\/span><\/p>\n

                The number of people that clicks your links.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Why this matters: High link clicks mean your audience is interested in what you offer. It also helps you monitor how well your content performs especially if the goal is to make them click on your link.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  This covers everything from likes to follows, to profile visits, to replies, and basically all of the interactions in your tweets.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Why this matters: Engagement is important because it\u2019s your basic overview of how your tweets are performing.<\/span><\/p>\n
